At Aavrika, every piece is crafted and quality-checked with care before it reaches you — because we want you to fall in love with it the moment you open the box. We stand confidently behind what we create, so our policy is simple and honest.

We Don't Offer Refunds We do not offer refunds. We believe in the quality of every piece we send, and instead of refunds, we make sure any genuine concern is taken care of through a hassle-free replacement.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory To raise any claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. Please begin recording before opening the sealed parcel and capture the entire process in one unedited clip. This protects both you and us, and lets us resolve any issue quickly. Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.

When We Offer a Replacement We're happy to provide a free replacement if your product arrives defective or damaged, or the size does not fit.

Change of Mind As each piece is hand-picked and prepared specially for you, we're unable to accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or styling expectations. We encourage you to check the product details and our Size Guide before ordering — and to message us anytime if you'd like help deciding.

How a Replacement Works

  1. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery at aavrikaofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82008 79514, sharing your order number and the unboxing video.
  2. Once approved, send the product back to us — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. As soon as we receive and verify it, we'll dispatch a fresh replacement piece to you.

Return Shipping — On Us For every approved defective or size-related replacement, Aavrika covers the full return shipping cost. You pay nothing.

A Few Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Customised / made-to-order pieces and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible.
  • Replacements are subject to availability; if your piece is sold out, we'll offer the closest alternative.
